Welcome, IAGA delegates and IMAGO guests.

We are pleased to extend an invitation on behalf of the IMAGO Board to attend the hybrid IAGA 2024, hosted this year by BSC, which is also celebrating its 75th anniversary. The IAGA is scheduled to take place in London on the 14th and 15th of February 2024, and it will be available online for members unable to travel.

BSC has been very busy organizing the Anniversary celebrations and the BSC Expo. It was only able to confirm hosting the IAGA in late November, which is why we are now racing against time to prepare for another successful general assembly.

Included in this communication, we provide you with the preliminary agenda for the two-day event, which will precede the BSC EXPO.

1. Opening of the IAGA 2024 and Welcome Speech by Mustapha Barat ABC & Chris Ross BSC President.
2. Declaration of the IAGA 2024 Official Address.
3. Establishment of Delegate and Voting Delegate Lists, followed by the determination of a quorum and an absolute majority.
   • Members have to be in good standing by January 15^th to be able to vote.
4. Voting for a member to take the IAGA 2024 minutes.
   • IMAGO Office Administrator, Carolina Piquet, is suggested.
5. Voting for an IAGA 2024 moderator.
   • Members are welcome to volunteer to be the moderator before the General Assembly by sending an email to the IMAGO Office, offi. Deadline February 10th.
6. Voting to accept the minutes of the IEGA 2023.
7. Presentation and voting on the amended statutes in compliance with the changes in Belgian law for AISBL organizations.
8. Proposed amendment to statutes for the election of alternates, currently named deputies in the existing statutes.
9. Announcement of April/May 2024 IEGA for election of board members (of which 4 would be alternates) and initial presentation of candidates.
   • Vice-President, General Secretary, and other board members (a total of 11 seats will be available for new mandates of 3 years); plus, Controller (non-board member) – all from June 2024 to June 2027.
10. Presentation and Voting of the AKI (Azerbaijan) from Associate to Full Membership (contingent on receiving the required documentation).
11. Proposals of IMAGO Full Member Societies to host the 2025 IAGA.
12. Discussion and vote on the exemption of fees for associate members from 2024 onwards.
13. Presentation of Audited Budget 2023 Closure (FINAUDIT) by Mustapha Barat (President), Marcela Bourseau (Treasurer), Eric Guichard (Controller), Philippe Cordey (Board Representative).
    • Vote for Approval of Audited Budget 2023.
