We are delighted to extend a warm invitation on behalf of the IMAGO Administration to participate in the 2025 IAGA, which will take place on May 12th and 13th. This significant event will be held alongside ABC Week, scheduled from May 14th to 17th, at the Cinemateca Brasileira in São Paulo.

Expenses covered by the host society and IMAGO:
- Lodging: Three nights’ hotel accommodations for one representative per full member society.
- Transportation: Airport transfers.
- Meals: Sponsored lunch and dinner during the IAGA.
Expenses under the responsibility of full member societies:
- Other Costs: Expenses not explicitly covered by the host society, including any costs related to extended stays for attendance at ABC Week (May 14th to 17th at the Cinemateca Brasileira).
- Travel: Round-trip airfare.
- Additional Attendees: Costs for extra representatives or accompanying family members.
