Given the international nature of IMAGO’s work, data may be transferred to committee members and partners based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). IMAGO ensures that such transfers comply with GDPR requirements for international data transfers, including reliance on appropriate safeguards.

IMAGO will retain personal data collected through this Survey only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Data that is no longer necessary will be securely deleted.
