THE 61ST ANNUAL CSC AWARDS

On Saturday, April 14, in Toronto, over 350 industry insiders attended the 61st Canadian Society of Cinematographer Awards Gala to celebrate the art and craft of recording motion picture images, hosted by award winning actor/comedian Kathryn Greenwood. The Theatrical Feature Cinematography award went to Director of Photography Nicolas Bolduc csc for is stunning images in the historical drama “Hochelaga, Terre des Âmes” (Land of Souls), while Director of Photography Craig Wrobleski csc picked-up the TV Series Cinematography Award for his superb work on Fargo “Who Rules the Land of Denial?”. The 2018 Masters Award recipient "For outstanding contribution to the art of cinematography” was iconic documentary filmmaker John Walker csc. In all 20 individuals were the recipients of 19 cinematography awards.
